Thirsty Thirsty is dedicated to the Ancestors, the grape, the plant world beyond, and how we Remember Mother Nature.

We offer nourishing wine and food experiences through our #web3 Membership and events. Every farmer, chef, winery, and land protector in our community is dedicated to celebrating Ancestral Agriculture and wisdom.

Thirsty Thirsty started in 2013 as a side project for longtime food and natural wine professional Bruxa, at a natural wine cave called O Vins d’Anges in Lyon, France. The idea was to get friends more acquainted with the wine in their glass and empowered to explore wine through storytelling and their intuition.

With joy always at the core, TT morphed from smaller gatherings in France to pop-up wine bars, large guided tasting events, corporate education, and consulting. Our wine club emerged during the pandemic supported by our friends at helen’s in Los Angeles.

In the wake of Breonna Taylor and George Floyd’s murders and the deflation of the hospitality industry, deep burnout set in. Bruxa spent time reconnecting to her own indigeneity and ancestral stories working with a traditional Indigenous elder in the Sequoia National Forest. It became clear that TT must root deeply into Intersectional Environmentalism and reconnect all types of Earth people who tend the land.

Remembering the resiliency and generosity of Mother Earth through the food and wine helps us Reimagine an abundant future. Uplifting Indigenous peoples and Ancestral wisdom is imperative to the survival of All our Relations. Let us reconnect to reverence.

Thirsty Thirsty is humbled to work with top natural winemakers, restaurants, chefs, bakers, and cheesefolk across the US. We are honored to learn from and recenter Indigenous leaders in Amazonas, and one day around the world.

We offer the term Ancestral Ag as a way to include organic, biodynamic, and regenerative farming while championing oral, cross-cultural, and ancient farming techniques passed through people.
